Hsiao-Chi Chu, Founder and Executive Director of GRENSGEWEEFD, holds an MA in Migration and Diaspora Studies from SOAS University of London and an MA in Arts and Humanities Education from Taipei National University of the Arts. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cultural Heritage and Arts Innovation. With over a decade of hands-on experience spanning Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, she is deeply committed to integrating humanitarian aid with cultural resilience.

She excels at translating complex cultural outcomes into actionable strategic tools. During her collaborative research with the Taiwan Art Space Alliance (TASA), she spearheaded the development of a comprehensive, six-dimensional “Cultural Impact Assessment Framework” for artist-in-residence programs. Currently a Visiting Fellow at the International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS) at Leiden University, she has also been invited to speak at the Res Artis 2025 conference and the European Capital of Culture 2026 symposium.

She believes culture is not peripheral — culture is resilience made visible. With research as the warp and practice as the weft, she looks forward to weaving genuine dialogue and change, with every partner, at the edges where worlds meet.

朱筱琪，GRENSGEWEEFD 創辦人暨執行總監。英國倫敦大學亞非學院移民與離散研究碩士，臺北藝術大學藝術與人文教育碩士，現攻讀文化遺產與藝術創新博士。擁有逾十年橫跨亞、非與中東的實踐經驗，致力於結合人道援助與文化韌性。

她擅長將複雜的文化成果轉化為實用的策略工具，與台灣藝文空間連線（TASA）合作研究期間，她主導建立藝術駐村計畫的文化影響力評估框架，涵蓋六大面向的藝術駐村「文化影響力評估框架」。她現為萊頓大學亞洲研究國際學院（IIAS）訪問研究員，並曾受邀於 Res Artis 2025 及歐洲文化之都 2026 研討會發表演說。
